I was asked to surrender my gear (?!) and leave the area or risk arrest, when I took this picture of what turned out to be a power transformer station. A building that is in plain view to anyone within a 3 mile radius of it on the west side highway. I was in public space, there were no signs regarding photography in the area. I left the area without surrendering my gear or further incidents.
